Dit is een National Centre for Circus Art evenement.
The Circus Space Festival is now firmly established as a vital springboard
for new performance. This year, from 20th March to 14th April, there are four brand new shows.
Last year The Circus Space and the Jerwood Charitable Foundation
collaborated to establish an annual circus awards scheme in the UK to help
new work to be created. It aims to celebrate emerging talent and reward
ongoing artistic excellence. Three of these shows (Movements towards a
Symphony; Night and Day and 2 for tea - 1 for me) were created with the
support of the new Jerwood Circus Awards.
We're also delighted to be premiering the Generating Company's second show,
Gangstars, at the start of its UK tour.
