The National Circus is 30 years old and is holding a party in their 1-Ring Russian-style circus building with guests from Vietnam, China & Cambodia. Elephant juggling contest (that's juggling on an elephant), street shows, fire extravaganza, Mekhong river cruise. Only costs £37 ($60 or 1500 Bhat).
Pre-registration is mandatory for visas, etc.
