In Flow Festival is Ontario's first and only hoop gathering. Now in it's 5th year! Join us this summer July 31st - Aug 3rd ♥ We welcome movement artists from far and wide to cultivate and celebrate flow, growing the connections between hoop families across Ontario, Quebec and beyond. We’re so looking forward to seeing you August!
Founded on principles of radical inclusion and community, each year we strive to provide a space for all hoopers to expand their movement vocabularies as they connect with fellow movers and shakers. Pushing limits and exploring edges. Nurturing new and expressive ways of moving.
The festival offers four packed days of workshops and jams balanced by free time in which to soak up the surroundings. Try your hand at aerials or go for a walk in the forest. Treat yourself to some body work or cool off in the swimming hole. While you’re playing hard, our friends on the farm will fuel your warrior self with local, organic chef-prepared delights at every meal. Add in some bonfires, camping, fire spinning, nightly jams, and starlit hot-tubbing for a full weekend of feel-good frolic in the great outdoors.
